Return & Refund Policy

If for any reason you are not happy, you may return your items under the following conditions:

1. Eligibility
- You have 14 days from the date of delivery to request a return.
- Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition as received.
- Personalized or custom products cannot be returned unless defective.

2. How to request a return
Please contact us at contact@cupiobycheriet.com with your order number and reason for return. We will provide you with the instructions.

3. Return shipping
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. We recommend using a tracked service, as we cannot be held responsible for lost parcels.

4. Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, you will be notified by email. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

5. Damaged or defective items
If your item arrives damaged or defective, please email us at contact@cupiobycheriet.com with photos of the product. We will arrange a replacement or a full refund at no cost to you.
